
Chicken Nest Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 box of cake mix
Vegetable Oil
Eggs
30g (1 oz) butter
80g (2.75 oz) cream cheese
240g (1 ½ cups) icing sugar
Chocolate mini eggs
Coconut
1. Make cake as per the instructions on the box. Likely you will need to add vegetable oil and eggs.
2. To make cream cheese frosting, soften butter and cream cheese. Beat together until light and airy.
3. Mix in the icing sugar gradually. Blend together until fluffy.
4. When cupcakes are cool, spread icing on cupcakes. Sprinkle with coconut to make the nest and place a mini egg in the cake center.
