Materials
Red fabric
Brown felt
Thread
Black embroidery floss
Stuffing
Blush
Instructions
1. Cut hearts out of red fabric. Cut arms, legs, and head out of felt.
2. Embroider eyes and nose onto head.
3. Top stitch two arms together. Top stitch two legs together. Repeat for both.
4. Note the head is stuffed, but the arms and legs are not.
5. With right sides together, sew the head to the heart. Repeat for back of bear.
6. Position the arms and legs appropriately on one of the hearts. Round part of arms and legs should be pointing toward the middle of the heart and the narrow straight side of the arms and legs should be on the curve of the heart. Tack into place.
7. Place the hearts right side together. Stitch along the head and heart (catching the arms and legs inside the heart). Leave approximately a one inch opening. Turn bear inside out through this opening.
8. Stuff bear. You may need to use a dowel or pen to stuff the ears.
9. Blind stitch closed.
