Inspired by the lace and black velvet ribbons the Moulin Rouge dancers wear around their necks, surprise your date or meet someone new wearing this saucy choker.
♥ Materials ♥
Black lace
Ribbon
Ribbon rose
String of small pearls
Press snaps
Measure black lace around neck. Add about an inch on either side for hem. Cut. Next, measure a length of pink ribbon and string of peals. Fold in half and cut to desired length. Fold these in half and sew to the back of a pre-formed ribbon rose.
Now tack the rose to the black lace. Position so it will sit on the side of the neck.
Lastly, fold over each edge of ribbon to the inside and tack in place. Sew snaps to lace for closure.
